17th Annual back to the 50's Charity Car Show

CAR SHOW WINNERS! 

Saturday, July 28th at Riverside Park was the setting for the 17th annual Back to the 50’s Charity Car Show sponsored by Rogue Valley Classic Chevy’s Club.  300+ classic cars were on display for the public to enjoy along with food and merchandise vendors and rock and roll music by 2 Loud Productions.

The big winners of the day were a 1957 silver Chevy Bel Air 2Dr HT for Pick of the Park, owned by Gene Jacobsen of Selma, California and a 1957 red w/flames Chevy Nomad for Best Host Car, owned by Ron Atkinson of Grants Pass, Oregon.

Other jacket award winners were a 1960 black Chevy Corvette owned by James Lucas of Grants Pass, 1957 orange Chevy Bel Air owned by J.R. Honea of Grants Pass, 1956 burgandy and white Chevy 3100 Pickup owned by Glen Jahnke of Gold Hill, a 1935 silver Pontiac owned by Robert Kauffman of Nipomo, CA, 1929 red Ford Pickup owned by Jim Taormino of Grants Pass, 1961 white Chrysler 300 convertible owned by Gary Holm of Jacksonville, Oregon and a 1948 orange Chevy Pickup owned by Ron & Linda Dixon of Yuba City, California
